For Appliance/ Refrigeration Techs:
- Have current experience in the appliance / refrigeration field
- Display strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Thoroughly understand the electronic and electrical systems of advanced home appliances
- Have the physical strength and agility to perform the task required
For Dispatcher/ Customer Service:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong phone presence
- Dispatching Experience
- Ability to organize and multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and internet
- Mechanical aptitude
- Caring and helpful attitude
- Desire to succeed for yourself and the company
For Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Experience in billing for service trades, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or refrigeration (a plus)
- Detail-oriented and able to provide the degree of accuracy that is essential to this role
- Comfortable resolving billing related problems
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
For Parts Inventory Control Clerk:
- Wants to contribute to the company’s success through accurate and efficient inventory management
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision, takes responsibility for own professional development
- Can handle varying workload and stay on schedule
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and perform work while standing for long periods of time
